Zeiss Duralyt 3-12x50 Rifle Scope is the king of the Zeiss Duralyt line, capable of the widest magnification range and the best in light-gathering optics. Theimage wide, 50mm objective lens of these Zeiss rifle scopes gives you pristine image clarity, even at twilight or daybreak, with high light transmission values gained from the scope's multi-coated optics. Your choice of illuminated or standard reticle is located on the riflescope's second focal plane, so it remains constant even when changing magnifications. Versatility is a strong point of the Carl Zeiss 3-12x50mm Duralyt Lightweight Scope, since its variable zoom magnification of the Duralyt rifle scope is great for fast target acquisition at 3x and perfect for long-range stand hunting at its maximum magnification, 12x. Zeiss Optics has built the scope to be durable, with single tube construction, a nitrogen-purged tube, and a scratch resistant anodized finish, but it is also light enough for mountain hunting, weighing in at just 1.18 pounds (with the standard reticle). The 30mm tube diameter of the rifle scope makes it easy to mount with most riflescope rings.
