Homogenizers are ideal for plant and animal homogenization, PCR† applications, soil and wastewater extractions, and Karl Fischer titration. These high-speed rotor/stator homogenizers feature infinitely variable speed control and can be used to rapidly crush, tear, disintegrate, emulsify, or suspend particles in a liquid medium. The systems impart shear energy into a liquid emulsion or suspension far greater than that of a conventional mixer. The accessory dispersing elements provide a wide range of volumes and applications.

The ergonomically designed VDI 12 handheld homogenizer is lightweight and easy to handle. It features a 125W motor and a quick-release coupling for changing dispersing elements quickly and easily. The heavy-duty VDI 25 homogenizer can be used as a handheld unit or be mounted on a stand. Heavy-duty unit is equipped with a connection for a digital revolution counter and a 500W motor.

Ordering Information: VDI 12 homogenizer includes a holding clamp for mounting to a stand. VDI 25 homogenizer includes a support rod for mounting to a stand. The VDI 25 Package includes VDI 25 homogenizer, S 100 adapter, R1826 plate stand, and R182 boss head clamp.
