Count on the utmost accuracy with this radio-controlled clock. Ideal for receiving and recording samples, noting the exact time an event occurred, supporting documentation, providing a standard for a location’s other clocks, maintaining ISO 9000 certification, or any time when you need the exact time.
Clock receives a radio signal from the world’s most accurate timekeeper, NIST’s Atomic Clock in Boulder Colorado, which is accurate to one hundred billionth of a second. NIST radio signal automatically sets and precisely displays time of day to one second, a.m./p.m. indication, month, date and day of the week. Unit automatically adjusts the clock for daylight saving time, leap year, and leap seconds. The 3.8cm (11/2") high LCD digits are readable from over 3m (10') away. Display also includes a signal reception strength indicator and a U.S. map showing the user-selected time zone. Night-vision electroluminescent backlighting permits viewing in total darkness. A settable alarm function increases in intensity and volume until turned off. Dimensions: 8.6Wx10.2Hx3.8Dcm (33/8x4x11/2").
A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
