In addition, this unit incorporates a high power infrared illuminator that can be turned on independently. The U.S. Night Vision 121M G2 scope utilizes fiber optics to display its low battery warning and IR operational mode within the users field of view. By attaching the US Night Vision 121M G2 Monocular to its optional exclusive head mount assembly, it becomes a hands free mono goggle that allows for easy eye interchangeability and a flip up mechanism for unaided viewing. The US Night Vision 121M G2 Monocular can be used in conjunction with a camera or camcorder as a low light image enhancer. The US Night Vision 121M G2 Monocular's viewing capabilities can be extended with the use of long-range mil spec 3X or 5X magnification lenses.
