Shipping system provides four layers of superior protection against heat damage and withstands rough handling during extended shipments. System consists of 0.3cm (1/8") inner corrugated liner, 2.5cm (1") vacuum insulation panel (VIP), 3.8cm (11/2") wall of custom molded expanded polystyrene (EPS), and outer corrugated shipper. The inner liner helps prevent load from damaging the VIP while in transit. The VIP is designed to interrupt heat-transmitting molecules and protect load from water molecule intrusions. VIP features gas-impervious film for sustaining required vacuum. The custom molded EPS protects VIP from rigors of shipping, providing the first layer of thermal protection. The outer corrugated shipper can be easily customized with specific logos, labels, and documents.
