Product Category Description:

Lab mailers provide maximum breakage protection from shipping damage for various non-hazardous analytical samples. Ideal for mailing assorted tubes, petri dishes, and clinical specimen of varied sizes and styles. Mailers are constructed of lightweight polystyrene foam with an engineered rib structure and feature a molded, two-piece interlocking design to hold containers closed during transit. Mailers are reusable and recyclable. The general specimen mailers can hold cans, screw cap vials, tubes, swabs, or air filter cartridges. The two-tube and eight-tube mailers hold 5mL, 7mL, or 10mL tubes; the five-tube mailer holds 3mL or 5mL tubes.

For further protection, optional mailing sleeves, specifically designed to fit foam mailers, are available. Sleeves are made of sturdy, 18-point, white paperboard and feature reverse tuck closures that enable the foam mailer to withstand multiple trips. Sleeves may be custom-printed with lab name, address, and postal permit number.
