Engineered to improve upon the conventional crosshair reticle and the more recently developed crosshair with pickets, the mil dot reticle features a crosshair reticle with pickets featuring multiple aiming points. The intersection of the fine wire portion should be zeroed at 100 yards and used for shots to about 200 yards for most bullet loads. The vertical dots located below the intersection should be used for distances greater than your zeroed distance.
