Swift 60mm Achromatic Refractor Telescope - 862R is an entry-level refractor telescope due to its small front element diameter & 0.96" eyepiece size, but is nonetheless perfect for viewing the moon, larger planets and the stars. It has an equatorial-type mount, which is unlike altazimuth mounts because it tracks objects in the sky as they move(in semicircular motions).
