Surefire M500V Carbine Forend Weaponlight w/ IR & Visible Lights is designed to fit M4 and M16 rifles — that’s the dedicated part. This Surefire WeaponLightimage replaces your assault rifle's factory forend, so it minimizes both added weight and changes to the firearm’s original configuration. Surefire Dedicated Forend Weapon Lights are constructed of tough, lightweight polymer and Mil-Spec hard-anodized aluminum, and can take tremendous abuse yet still function perfectly. The Sure-Fire M16 Carbine Forend Weapon Light features high-output, recoil-proof LEDs focused by a TIR lens that creates flawless tactical-level beams with plenty of reach and enough surround light to accommodate peripheral vision. This Surefire V-Series Dedicated Forend can put out high output white light and invisible infrared illumination from the same all-LED head—just twist the self-locking selector ring. This flash light from SureFire comes with an ergonomic momentary-on pressure-pad switching. The Sure-Fire M500V Gun Light also sports constant-on and system-disable switching, the latter preventing accidental activation of the flashlight during storage, transport, or stealth operations.
