Custom electronics and a microprocessor convert elapsed time into a distance measurement and display it on the LCD. When using the electronic target, it uses both sound waves and an infrared beam. The Sonin Electronic Distance Measuring Tool measures from 1'10" Up To 60 Feet in single unit mode and from 1'10" Up To 250 Feet in dual unit mode (with electronic target). Multi Measure Combo Pro Digital Measure Tool by Sonin is great for indoor or outdoor use! Target has tripod fitting so that it can be mounted if necessary.
