Microprocessor-controlled safety vacuum ovens feature an over-temperature safety controller that requires manual restart to protect both the user and unit. Manufactured using heavy gauge steel with continuously welded seams and corners for long-term durability. Units feature true vacuum valves, wrap-around insulation, crossflow ventilation of inert gas, 1.3cm (1/2") tempered safety glass, silicone door gasket, 2.5cm (1") access port, quick-release positive door latch, aluminum shelves, and rubber feet.

High performance ovens feature digital temperature controller, stainless steel exterior, and a dual door system. Solid outer door is easily removed; inner door has a glass viewing window.
