Ovens feature an over-temperature safety controller that requires manual restart to protect both the user and unit. Manufactured using heavy gauge steel with continuously welded seams and corners for long-term durability. Units feature true vacuum valves, wrap-around insulation, crossflow ventilation of inert gas, 1.3cm (1/2") tempered safety glass, silicone door gasket, 2.5cm (1") access port (52201-479 only), quick-release positive door latch, aluminum shelves, and rubber feet.

Ovens have a 0.063 gauge steel mesh inner safety screen for protection and a powder-coat paint exterior with a high resistance to moisture, oil, and chemicals.

CSA approved.
