Durable balance is constructed of sturdy cast-aluminum that has been protected by a solvent-resistant epoxy coating. Features very high resolution with an IP65/NEMA IV protection rating against dust and water washdown. Stainless steel platform resists daily abuse from corrosive chemicals. Backlit LCD screen for easy reading. Can be used in a glove box with remote. RS-232 interface allows hookup with a variety of peripherals.

Balance features 25 nonvolatile memory locations, 0–9 numeric keyboard, automatic reference sample updating, and an internal resolution of 1 part in 5 million to accurately count large quantities of very small samples. Overload capacity: 15kg (33lbs.).
