Ideal for inventory control applications, these general-purpose laboratory refrigerator/freezer combination units are available in benchtop or compact designs, with a variety of door and shelf configurations. All units are equipped with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to provide high performance at lower operating costs. Quiet, trouble-free operation is ensured via a heavy-duty, hermetically-sealed refrigeration system. Units feature a rugged acrylic exterior finish and corrosion-resistant, seamless interior construction for resistance to scratches and simplified cleaning. All units are supplied with leveling legs.

All refrigerator units have a temperature range of –3 to 10°C (27 to 50°F). Units 82028-010 and 82028-016 have a freezer temperature range of –15 to 0°C (5 to 32°F). Unit 82028-016 features push-button defrost capabilities. All other units offer manual defrost.

Benchtop model 82028-010 features a white cabinet and door, which is not field-reversible. Unit is supplied with one chamber shelf and two door retainer bars. Compact model 82028-016 features a black cabinet and stainless door which is field-reversible.

All models are built to UL standards for safety and performance and manufactured under ISO 9001, 9002, and 14001 certifications.
