Product Category Description:

Obtain efficient, automated purification from a wide range of sample types, including tissue, cells, and blood. The instrument is preprogrammed with purification protocols for genomic DNA, total RNA, and polyhistidine or HQ-tagged protein purifications, which when combined with pre-filled reagent cartridges allows the researcher to process up to 16 samples at a time in approximately 30 minutes. The purified biomolecules are consistently of high quality and suitable for direct use in a variety of downstream particles.

The compact, table-top unit uses paramagnetic-particles to allow optimal capture, washing, and elution of the target material. The system also features quick installation, push-button starts, and "walk-away" functioning, allowing researchers to use their time and energy for other operations within the lab. In addition, units are upgradeable with future technology using the RS-232 port.
