The 1300GM series ovens combine microprocessor controlled temperature with a state-of-the-art design that delivers a true naturally-occurring gravity convection. As the air is heated, it rises through an air duct system to the top of the oven, optimizing temperature uniformity. Even when shelves are fully loaded, this exclusive air duct system maintains temperature uniformity throughout the chamber.
The microprocessor temperature controller ensures stable control without temperature over-shoot. The controller will retain temperature and time set point if power fails. Built-in over-temperature safety protection is independent from the main controller. LED displays temperature digitally on the control panel. The oven timer can be turned on and off per user application. Digital timer has a range of 99 hours or 59 minutes.
Two punched stainless steel shelves are supplied, adjustable in 1.3cm (1/2") increments. The door latch and hinges are also user adjustable to ensure a tight seal throughout the life of the oven. Wraparound insulation provides excellent heat retention, while eliminating seams in the insulation that cause hot spots.
The 7.6cm (3") exhaust port with adjustable damper provides the user with the ability to alter drying time by allowing more or less air inside the oven. An exhaust port is located on the top of the oven for easy access and efficient venting. Oven interiors are mirrored stainless steel. Exteriors are highly resistant, environmentally-safe, durable powder-coat paint finish.
