Omex offers all the features of a full-size laboratory microscope
in a compact and light weight package in the ROLLScope Portable Microscope 216A5200. Omex Micro Met Microscopes are for measurement of industrials rolls in paper mills, anilox and gravure print rollers, or large objects of irregular shape.. The ROLLScope Microscope by Omex Tech is truly portable, it incorporates a self-contained bright field illuminator powered by the battery.
A unique feature which sets MICRO ROLLScope apart from the other similar microscopes in the field is magnetic stand. It adapts to a wide range of roll diameters and can be easily set up in any position on a cylinder surface. The stand has an ON-OFF switch that assures a secure positioning on the roll. The miniture verticle translation stage provides the microscope coarse focusing. The Roll Scope by Omex features a fine focus mechanism with graduated handling allowing depth measurement.
This Microscope by Omex features 160 mm tube length and brightfield long working distance objectives assure high image quality. Designed to withstand the rigors of any environment, each Omex ROLLScope Microscope incorporates the in-line objective dovetail slide for change of magnification. The wide field eyepiece has a mounting provision for a measuring scale. The illuminator is powered by two ?AA? size batteries, has the sliding ground glass, on-off switch.
