The advantage of purchasing a Mack Camera Extended Warranty is that parts and labor are covered for the life of the Extended Warranty.

Can I get coverage if I purchase my product and Warranty from two different retailers?

Yes!! Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchase of your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, you will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment and the extended warranty plus your warranty registration number. Please be sure to retain all copies for your records.

How do I register my Mack Camera Extended Warranty?

In order to transfer the warranty, please write a letter to our Warranty Department stating you wish to transfer your warranty. Indicate the name, address and phone number of the new owner, the type of equipment w/ serial number and the Warranty number. Include a copy of the bill of sale and a check for $15.00.
