If you should require service under your warranty plan, you will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment and the extended warranty plus your warranty registration number. Please be sure to retain all copies for your records.

How do I register my Mack Camera Extended Warranty?

When does the Extended Warranty Coverage start?

What happens if the product cannot be repaired?

If the unit can not be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer defects, replacement will be made with the same or an equivalent model based on its' current market value at the discretion of Mack Camera and & Video Services.

Is the Extended Warranty transferable?

Yes!!! The best way to add value to any piece of equipment is to be able to offer the new owner warranty coverage. Mack Camera Extended Warranties may be transferred to a new owner for $15.00 transfer fee. In order to transfer the warranty, please write a letter to our Warranty Department stating you wish to transfer your warranty. Indicate the name, address and phone number of the new owner, the type of equipment w/ serial number and the Warranty number. Include a copy of the bill of sale and a check for $15.00.
