Measure sample temperature in hard-to-reach areas, including cuvettes, test tubes, flasks, and beakers. Also read temperature in water baths, foods, gases, and semisolids. Simply flip a switch to change the 6.4mm (1/4") high LCD display between °C and °F. Readings are updated every second. Safer than mercury thermometers due to plastic and stainless steel construction. Stainless steel probe is resistant to acids, bases, solvents, and most laboratory chemicals.
A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Ordering Information: Supplied with a 1.5V silver-oxide battery and a protective case that can also be used as a holder.
