Optisafe and Maxisafe knives feature a safety spring that allows the automatic blade to “shoot-back” into the handle even in response to any uncontrolled movement. The Maxisafe knife has a longer blade extension than the Optisafe knife. The Maxisafe 3-sided cutter is similar to the Maxisafe knife, except it features a three-sided blade slider. The Multisafe safety knife has a die-cast zinc body and spring-loaded blade slider on top for horizontal cutting work only. The Profi automatic retractable safety knife is equipped with a lightweight aluminum body and a deep-edged trapezoid blade. The spring-loaded blade retract system is designed to respond to any uncontrolled movements, or when the thumb is removed from the slider. The Ultrasafe safety knife with automatic open-frame blade guarding function is ideal for safe opening of plastic and paper sacks.
