Opti-Logic Range Finders
- Opti-Logic Range Finders By Price
We can also special order Opti-Logic RS100 and RS400 rangefinders that are line of sight laser range-finding instruments that output measured distance readings to an RS-232 compatible port. The range data can be output as either raw (relative) or calibrated (actual) distances. The Opti-Logic RS100 and RS400 rangefinders have five wire outputs: two for power (+9 volts and Ground) and three for RS-232 communications (Transmit, Receive, and signal Ground). The serial data are sent to a properly configured computer, hand held device, PLC, or any other compatible display or data acquisition device. These are very unique range finding devices, and the MSRP on these units $1295 for RS100, and $1595.00 for RS400.
All Opti-Logic Laser Rangefinders offer line-of-sight distance measurements with a plus or minus three feet accuracy, a four yard minimum rangeing distance, automatic rain mode, powered by a single 9-volt battery and measure in feet, meter, and yards. Opti-Logic also offers moderately priced high optical quality binoculars.
Opti-Logic Laser Rangefinders are are offered in three laser rangefinder series:
XL
Series
Laser Rangefinder: measures line-of-sight distance up to
800 yards.
The XL Laser Rangefinder is an easy-to-use instrument designed
for hunting, utilities, construction, and many other distance measurement
applications. The XL Laser Rangefinder allows rapid, accurate determination of
distance to an object in a matter of seconds using one button operation and
"Red-Dot" technology for easy sighting. All XL models are User
Programmable to read in either feet, meters, or yards, and the user is
able to turn the speaker on and off. To save batteries, the instrument has an
automatic off when the instrument is not in use.

XT Series
Tilt-Compensated Laser Rangefinder: has two modes of
operation:
mode 1: measures line-of-sight distance
mode 2: measures horizontal distance
The XT Series Tilt-Compensated Laser Rangefinder combines a
pulsed laser rangefinder and a vertical angle sensor in a lightweight,
easy-to-use package that is ideal for shooting applications that require
precision distance measurements uphill or downhill. These hand-held rangefinders
are capable of measuring line-of-sight distances to non-cooperative targets up
to 800 yards away, depending on target size and reflectivity. Using an internal
electronic tilt sensor, the Tilt-Compensated Laser Rangefinder is also
capable of automatically correcting for vertical angle with 0.1 degree
resolution to provide the true horizontal distance to an uphill or downhill
target. True horizontal distance is especially important for any applications
that require a projectile to be launched at an angle: for example, bow hunting
and 3-D Archery, rifle hunting and SWAT team applications, golfing and much
more. Download or view the XT Series Operating Manual and Specifications:

LH
Series
Laser Rangefinder and Hypsometer: has four modes of
operation:
mode 1: measures line-of-sight distance
mode 2: measures horizontal distance
mode 3: measures height of a target
mode 4: measures angle in degrees and percent grade
The LH Series Laser Hypsometer/Rangefinder height measurement
system combines a pulsed laser rangefinder and a vertical angle sensor in a
lightweight, easy-to-use package. The hand-held rangefinder is capable of
measuring distances to non-cooperative targets up to 800 yards away, depending
on target size and reflectivity. Incorporating an internal electronic tilt
sensor, the Laser Hypsometer/Rangefinder makes vertical angle measurements with
better than 1 degree resolution to remotely determine object heights.
Applications of the hypsometer measurement system include tree heights
measurements; construction, utilities, architectural measurements; landscaping;
real estate appraisal; and much more. The system is ideal for applications where
surveying quality measurements are not required and higher instrument cost is
not justifiable. Download or view the LH Series Operating Manual and
