Nikon SMZ-445 (MMA23008) Zooming Stereoscopic Microscope Optical Body, delivers the outstanding optical performance you expect from Nikon 's cutting-edge stereoscopic zoom microscopes. High quality images with superior flatness are achieved by following the optical design and quality criteria of all Nikon 's high performance stereoscopic microscopes. High contrast images are achieved
by the exceptional multicoated lenses that provide clear, bright, well resolved renditions of every sample put under the optics. Porro prisms enable a lightweight, compact zoom microscope Nikon SMZ-445 Stereo (MMA 23008) with 0.8x to 3.5x zoom magnification (Zoom Ratio 4.4:1). The long working distance of 100mm allows safe focusing even with samples having markedly uneven surfaces. This is useful when using tweezers, dissection tools or a pipette during specimen manipulation. The integrity of the microscope lenses are maintained even in hot, humid environments by the mold-resistant finish inside of the zooming body. It also comes with dedicated eyepieces with diopter adjustments for parfocality. Combining the Nikon SMZ-445 (MMA23008) with E10XB eyepieces (MMK20106) along with rubber eyecups makes for a perfect basic research microscope.
