Product Category Description:

This bottle is ideal for low speed centrifuging of aggressive chemicals or large volume lipid extractions, precipitations, and digestions. The low adsorption composition is suitable for handling biomolecules, such as proteins and nucleic acids. Bottle is Teflon FEP. Resists most acids, bases, and organic solvents. Screw cap is manufactured from Tefzel* ETFE and is leakproof.

Use NALGENE sealing cap assembly 21009-901 to run at maximum speed.

Note: Rated for temperatures from -100°C to +150°C (-148°F to +302°F). Autoclavable. Leakproof at low speed. When autoclaving, place cap on container without engaging threads. In a refrigerated centrifuge, bottle must be run with 100% full volume and tightly capped.
