Proper training not only builds tactical skills but it also builds confidence. The practice training suit is used in training to improve skills while reducing the risk of injury.

One of the best features is the simplicity of getting in and out of the practice suit; designed to be worn like a piece of clothing. This aids in being able to spend more time training your officers than preparing for the training. The Monadnock Practice Suit is also designed for hands on use with batons, defensive tactics or force training. Another great feature is the color coding on the training practice suit. The color coding adds visual aid to the areas that are the least vulnerable / the least traumatizing to the most vulnerable / the most traumatizing areas of the body. With the breathable liner, you won’t get all hot and sweaty. Plus if you were to get anything on the Monadnock Training Suit, it will come off quickly and easily with soap and water, or if you prefer, disinfectant.

Specifications for Monadnock 5120 Training Gear: Practice Suit:

Red Color - Red Target Areas: Highest level of resultant trauma. Injury tends to range from serious to long-lasting rather than temporary and may include unconsciousness, serious bodily injury, shock or death.
Yellow Color – Yellow Target Areas: Moderate to serious level of resultant trauma. Injury tends to be more long lasting, but may also be temporary.
Green Color – Green Target Areas: Minimal level of resultant trauma. Injury tends to be temporary rather than long-lasting, however exceptions can occur. Except for the HEAD, NECK, and SPINE, the whole body is a Green Target Area for the application of baton blocking and restraint skills.
