Minox MD 88 W APO Spotting Scope 62227 presents high resolution, long-range image clarity in a compact, easy to use package. This spotting scope features aimage stepless adjustable eyepiece that allows for a magnification range of 20 to 60x, and the multi-coated optics of the spotting scope create brilliant, high fidelity images on the glass. The MD 88 also has apochromatically corrected glass to eliminate the color fringe that is common on some lower-grade spotting scopes. The Minox MD 88 Spotting Scope allows you to tweak these high quality optics with the scope's innovative dual focus system. The gross focus ring allows for a general quick focus so you can sight an object at range, while the fine focus ring lets you zero in on your already-acquired target. The dual focus system allows you to take full advantage of the image clarity available with the Minox MD 88 Dual Focus Spotting Scope.

As you might expect from such a well-made Minox spotting scope, the Minox MD 88 Apochromatic Spotting Scope is built for use with a tripod. The MD 88 features a rotating tripod mount that rotates completely throughout the scope's longitudinal axis. The precision of the tripod mount allows you to use the scope alternately for long-range target shooting. The eyepiece of the Minox MD 88 is equipped with a bayonet for a camera adapter, so you can take long range photographs with your digital camera using the spotting scope. Minox has also created this high performance spotting scope to be water tight, shock resistant, and durable. A lens hood and carrying case are included in the total MD 88 package, allowing you to carry the high-powered spotting scope wherever you'd like to conduct your observation.
