The LT-6 is a computer telescope combining legendary Meade optics, precision worm gear drives, a sturdy die-cast aluminum mount and robust steel tripod construction. Meade Instruments offers the finest 6" ACF optics produced through an advanced proprietary process for professional grade quality. Meade LT 6 ACF includes the AutoStar computer controller, which can guide the telescope to any of the 30,000 objects in the library. The Auto Star has a built in "Tonight's Best" tour which will automatically show the best views of the evening. The telescope 's computer can be updated from the Meade web site.
