The Meade T-Max Doppler Tuning Unit allows for more adjustability for a clearer solar observation. For use with SolarMax filters, the Meade T-Max bring the ultimate space phenomena into clearimage view. This device de-tunes the solar filters towards the blue end of the H-Alpha line by changing the light path's angle through the Etalon. By tuning out anything more than a .7 degree angle, you get the best possible view when solar scoping. The Meade T-Max Doppler Tuner is a must have to make the best use of the SolarMax.
