This Meade telescope accessory functions as a type of wide angle converter, effectively changing the focal length of your LX800-ACF. The Meade LX800 f/5 Field Flattener uses large format optics to flatten the sky even further, creating clear images even around the edges of your telescope's frame. Widening the field of view on your telescope allows for faster photographic speeds, helping you to photograph even dim, 11th magnitude stars with clarity. Meade has crafted this telescope accessory specifically for the LX800-ACF.
