Meade LX90 Accessories Kit consists of Meade Equatorial Wedge with LX90 Adapter Plate, #895 Meade Vibration Isolation Pads, and Meade f/6.3 Focal Reducer / Field Flattener.

Meade Equatorial Wedge allows for long-exposure astrophotography with your Meade Telescope without effects of field rotation in photos. Meade LX90 Adapter Plate permits to use Meade Equatorial Wedge with Meade LX90 Telescopes. Meade Equatorial Wedge is attached between telescope and adjustable field tripod.

Highly desirable in sensitive imaging applications, Meade #895 Vibration Isolation Pads reduce typical telescope - tripod vibration damping times to less than one second. Meade Isolation Pads fit between the bottom of the Tripod legs and the ground to isolate the Tripod from ground contact and soak up vibrations.

An important advancement in high-resolution focal reduction systems, Meade f/6.3 Focal Reducer / Field Flattener threads on to the rear cell of Meade LX90 Telescope (followed by the Off-Axis Guider, or T-Adapter) and reduces the telescope's focal ratio by a factor of 0.63 (f/10 telescopes are converted to f/6.3; f/6.3 telescopes are converted to f/4). Simultaneously, Meade Focal Reducer / Field Flattener 41mm-diameter lens system helps to flatten the field, significantly improving edge-of-field corrections. Meade f/6.3 Focal Reducer enables a reduction of photographic ex-posure times by about 50%, while producing an actual field diameter of 1.5" at the film plane.
