Meade Eyepiece Holder (1.25") 07182 which comes standard with some Schmidt Cassegrain telescopes threads on the rear cell of the tube. Meade 1.25" Eyepiece Holder reduces the cavity to accept 1.25" accessories like a star diagonal or tele extender.

In Meade tele extender instance it will hold the eyepiece for eyepiece projection. Schmidt Cassegrain 's which come supplied with electric focusers don't have this as a standard accessory .
