Just enter your Zip Code into the Meade AutoStar and Auto Align automatically aligns your Meade Telescope and finds two fine-tuning stars for you. Center these two stars and you are ready to tour the universe.

The LNT (Level North Technology) Module of DS 2130 ATS 130mm Reflector Meade Telescope features electronic compass, electronic level, precise time, advanced red projection-point SmartFinder. The Meade Smart Finder helps novices with one of the early frustrating parts of astronomy: Centering objects in the finder scope. This is achieved by centering the red dot on the object you want to see. Then move to your telescope 's eyepiece for a closer look. The SmartFinder finder scope is upgraded from the previous generation of DS-2000 telescopes with new multi-coated optics for locating objects quick and easy.

The Meade Reflecting Telescope DS-2130 ATS features the DS-2000 Altazimuth mount, providing a more fluent motion in altitude and azimuth. The DS-2000 Altazimuth mount also has great accuracy on automatic "Go-To", bringing stars even closer to the center of the eyepiece.
