Meade #828 Rear Focus 8x50 Viewfinder with Bracket is theimage same viewfinder / finderscope supplied as standard equipment with Meade LX200 Telescopes. The Meade #848 8x50mm Viewfinder is available as a replacement for finderscopes that have been damaged, or as an upgrade for the 6 x 30mm finder scope supplied with many Meade Telescopes.

#828 Meade Viewfinder 's large 50mm aperture lets you find fainter deep space objects than a 6 x 30mm finder. The 8x 50mm Viewfinder 828 by Meade picks up objects over one magnitude dimmer than a 30mm finder, making it easier for you to locate faint nebulas and galaxies. These Finder Scopes are also helpful in finding objects at low power for polar alignment or quick spotting.

The Meade #828 8x50 View Finder comes with a bracket that will easily attach to any dovetail base of a telescope.
