Multiple Ballistic Settings of Leupold RX Rangefinders

In other words, you?d aim using the True Ballistic Range, not the straight line distance. Rifle hunters can also get this range as an MOA adjustment or a holdover point. With practice, long distance/steep angle shooting will become incredibly natural.

Each Leupold RX Rangefinder model (RX-I, RX-II, RX-III and RX-IV range finders) features Leopold's multicoated optics for a crisp, bright sight picture; clicking fast-focus eyepiece for quick adjustments; rubber body armor; and rugged, weatherproof (RX-I and RX-II) / waterproof (RX-III and RX-IV) construction. Leupold RX Range finder controls are designed for one-hand operation so hunters can easily use the rangefinder in the field. A fold-down rubber eyecup accommodates users with or without eyeglasses. .

The RX-I and RX-II models are accurate to 750 yards (685.8 meters). Accuracy range for the RX-III and RX-IV models is 1,200 yards (1,097.3 meters) and 1,500 yards (1,371.6 meters) respectively.

RX-I and RX-II models have 6x monocular magnification, while the RX-III and RX-IV models offer 8x monocular magnification. Lightweight and compact, the RX-I and RX-II weigh 6.8 ounces (193 grams) and measure 4.2 inches (106.7 mm) in length. RX-III and RX-IV models weigh 12 ounces (340 grams) and are 4.8 inches (121.9 mm) long.
