Product Category Description:

Designed for laboratory procedures that require cumbersome equipment or maximum work area. Applications requiring distillation racks, extraction apparatus, or large drums and carboys benefit from the increased height these hoods provide. Feature built-in bypass system to reduce face velocity fluctuations, durable epoxy-coated steel exterior, and fire- and chemical-resistant composite panel liner. All models come equipped with tempered safety glass sashes; removable front and side panels and exterior and interior service access panels for access to plumbing and electrical wiring; and a 115V polarized, grounded duplex outlet. Furnished with two pre-plumbed service fixtures for gas and cold water. Components for converting either or both fixtures to air and vacuum are provided. Hoods are factory prepared for up to eight service fixtures and four electrical duplexes. Hoods are glacier white. Electrical: 115V, 60Hz.
