Barrier aerosol tips incorporate a special high recovery polyethylene filter that traps aerosols and prevents cross contamination by keeping the pipettor barrel clean. Graduated tips have graduations at 2 and 10µL. Extended length tips feature a solid ring at the top mounting port, which prevents the pipettor from touching the sides of microtubes and reduces the potential for contamination. Tips are free of RNase, DNase, endotoxins, human DNA, and metals. Sterile tips are gamma-irradiated to guarantee product sterility. Autoclavable at 121°C (250°F) at 15psi for 15 minutes.

Ordering Information: Use Pak Rak® and Pak Rak Express refills in the Pak Rak system loader (see 30128-374 series) to reload pipet tip racks quickly and easily. Both refills have greatly reduced packaging waste compared to standard tip boxes. Each Pak Rak refill contains one rack and tips to fill nine 8x12 racks. Pak Rak Express refills include only the tips, reducing waste even more.
