Product Category Description:
These storage and sample retrieval (SSR) vials are designed to provide reliable storage, retrieval, analysis, and delivery of liquid or powder samples. Designed for high performance in laboratory automation equipment. Vials feature standard or straight sides and a smooth conical interior surface that facilitates complete sample recovery. Standard vials have a shoulder just below the opening. Vials are suitable for high-throughput screening and have less than 10µL of dead space. Large screw-thread opening allows for easy access. Constructed of borosilicate glass for chemical resitance. The smooth bottom allows for 2D barcoding. The black phenolic caps work with media bottles and screw-thread vials. They are available with 14B white rubber liner or cemented-in PTFE-faced 14B white rubber liner. Designed from ASTM Specification E982.
