Product Category Description:

Designed for carrying flammable liquids to pour into containers with wider openings. A single spout allows both filling and pouring. Fixed handle models are equipped with a trigger release cap. Swinging handle models are designed for easy handling of loads 27.2kg (60lbs.) and higher. Safety can 56617-836 includes a polyethylene slip-on funnel spout which measures 1.9O.D.x27.9Lcm (3/4"x11").

Heavy-duty coated steel plate construction with red powder-coat finish protects against abrasion and rough use. Heavy steel spout is welded to dome of can to provide extra rigidity and high resistance to leak-causing nicks or dents. Spring-mounted relief vent mechanism automatically vents pressure when it reaches 5psig. All containers tested under pressure to guarantee leakproof construction. All cans have flame arrester.

FM approved. UL and C-UL listed.
