Rotary Evaporator with Vertical Glass Condenser, IKA* Works

This rotary evaporator includes a heating bath, set of glassware with space-saving vertical condenser, durable drive, brushless DC motor, and a motorized lift for electrical height adjustment. The included heating bath is made of high-grade recyclable materials. The heating elements are situated directly beneath the bath vessel. Either low-viscosity oil or water can be used as the heat transfer fluid. The bath features a double insulating jacket and carrying handles to provide protection against burns. The safety temperature limiter is infinitely adjustable according to the DIN 12876 standard. The vertical condenser produces a higher yield and cooler condensate with 1,200cm2 of cooling surface. There is no chimney effect or foaming. The screw joints for glassware allows bonded ground joints to be released easily, which facilitates cleaning the components. Meets standards IP21 according to DIN EN 60529.
