What is a Worldwide Extended Warranty Plan?

The Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty is an extension of the Manufacturer's Warranty and provides additional coverage for future product failure resulting from manufacturer defects. The advantage of purchasing a Mack Camera Extended Warranty is that parts and labor are covered for the life of the Extended Warranty.

Can I get coverage if I purchase my product and Warranty from two different retailers?

Yes!! Mack Camera Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchase of your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, you will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment and the extended warranty plus your warranty registration number. Please be sure to retain all copies for your records.

How do I register my Mack Camera Extended Warranty?

Website: Follow this link to our warranty registration page. Fill in the information and you will be automatically registered into our database system.
Mail: Complete the bottom portion of the Mack Camera Extended Warranty Registration Card and mail that with a copy of your sales invoice to the address on the registration card.

When does the Extended Warranty Coverage start?

Your Extended Warranty begins the day after your manufacturer warranty ends, ensuring you seamless extended coverage. To have your equipment serviced under your Extended Warranty, please be sure to include your Warranty number and copy of your dated bill of sale when you send in your equipment.

What happens if the product cannot be repaired?

If the unit can not be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer defects, replacement will be made with the same or an equivalent model based on its' current market value at the discretion of Mack Camera and & Video Services.

Is the Extended Warranty transferable?

Yes!!! The best way to add value to any piece of equipment is to be able to offer the new owner warranty coverage. Mack Camera Extended Warranties may be transferred to a new owner for $15.00 transfer fee. In order to transfer the warranty, please write a letter to our Warranty Department stating you wish to transfer your warranty. Indicate the name, address and phone number of the new owner, the type of equipment w/ serial number and the Warranty number. Include a copy of the bill of sale and a check for $15.00.
