A series 3, 6 section monopod is the ideal compromise between height, compactness and weight, making it an all round companion. The Series 3 Basalt 6 Section Monopod incorporates the latest Gitzo technologies, including Power Disc, G-Lock, the new High Performance basalt tube, self locking removable foot and the exclusive belt clip. This belt clip is a smart carrying solution that allows to hang your monopod on belts or pockets. This Gitzo Series 3 Monopod is ideal when both hands are needed and you want to make sure not to loose your pro monopod. The Gitzo Ser .3 Basalt 6 Section Monopod comes with a convenient Gitzo display cleaner and a anti dust bag for storage and packing.

Features of Gitzo Ser.3 Basalt Monopod 6 Sect.:

  • LEG ENDS All tripods and monopods in Series 1 and above are provided with removable rubber feet. This feature allows you to easily change worn out rubber feet or to fit other accessories, such as spiked feet or snow/sand shoes. (4 sections tripods in Series 1 are excluded because the final leg section is too narrow to fit these ends).
  • POWER DISC The new tripod upper disc is called "Power Disc". It is made of machined solid aluminum and it now features two locking screws, one to lock the head, the other to safely lock the disc onto the column. The "Power Disc" gives a rock solid connection of the whole system for additional safety and stability.
