The Garmin Forerunner 110 GPS Watch is a simple, easy to use sports training watch that uses GPS data to monitor how far you've gone and how fast you went. Just press Start, and this GPS-enabled member of the Garmin Forerunner family lets you track your training progress with ease - there's no extra bells and whistles involved. Easy to set up and even easier to use, the Garmin Forerunner 110 Watch is great for running, walking and more! Get started - or keep moving forward - with the accurate workout data provided by the Garmin Forerunner 110 Sport Watch. Data from each run is stored in the Garmin Forerunner 110 GPS watch, so you can go back and review how you did last week or last month. You can even upload your data to the Garmin Connect website for more detailed analysis.

The Men's and Women's versions of the Garmin Forerunner 110 Training Watch include a Garmin Heart Monitor. The Garmin Heart Rate Monitor displays your heart rate in beats per minute. It also provides heart rate-based calorie computations so you can accurately track your calories burned.

NOTE: the Black Unisex model (Garmin 010-00863-00) does NOT include the Heart Monitor. A Garmin heart rate monitor can be purchased separately or used with an ANT+ heart rate monitor you already own.
