These Celestron telescope accessories feature 2x magnification, doubling the totalimage zoom of whatever telescope you mount it on. Three-element fully multi-coated design translates to exceedingly bright images with exceptional clarity when viewed through most Celestron telescopes. Celestron has equipped the Celestron XCEL 2x Barlow Eyepiece with a brass pressure ring, which holds the eyepiece securely in place without damaging the bezel. The telescope accessory is easy to adjust, with a non-slip rubber grip, and its hard anodized black finish with the distinctive orange ring will perfectly compliment your telescope. The X-CEL can be mounted to a wide range of telescopes, by Celestron or otherwise, with its 1.25" filter thread.
