Step 1
Purchase a Canon EOS 40D Digital Camera from OpticsPlanet.com and receive a $50 Rebate from the manufacturer. This is an exclusive manufacturer mail-in rebate for current Canon Digital Rebel, Digital Rebel XT, Digital Rebel XTi, or Rebel XSi Camera Owners. Mail-in rebate is valid only on purchases from an Authorized U.S. Canon Dealer (OpticsPlanet.com).
Step 2
Register your qualifying Digital Rebel class camera through July 19, 2008. (Register at http://www.usa.canon.com)
Register your new Canon EOS 40D or EOS 5D at http://www.usa.canon.com through July 19, 2008. Must enter valid serial number at time of registration to qualify.
Complete the REBATE FORM
Mail the completed REBATE FORM to:

Make sure to enclose the following:
  • REBATE FORM
  • Original sales receipt (Retail a copy for your records)
