The Canon PowerShot SD890IS Digital ELPH is a beautifully slim and elegantly curved Canon PowerShot Digital ELPH Cameraimage that contains the latest in digital technology. The PowerShot SD8090 IS Digital Camera by Canon has many advanced features that not only deliver ultra-impressive image quality, but make the entire experience fun, exciting, and creatively rewarding. The Canon SD 8090IS Power-Shot Digital Camera features a full 5x Optical Zoom, the most powerful zoom ever incorporated into an ELPH. Complimenting the optical zoom is a 10.0 megapixel CCD that captures an astonishing level of detail. These Digital Cameras are also equipped with Canon's Optical Image Stabilizer to ensure that even hand-held shots captured at the long end of the zoom are sharp and steady in a wide range of lighting conditions. Motion Detection and Face Detection Technology are added to maximize quality and performance, allowing for greater freedom shooting an image. Canon 's Face Detection Technology ensures natural hues for both faces and background areas. This technology also detects and automatically removes red eye.
