This Canon camera accessory is screwed on to the front of a lens like a filter. Close-up Lens from Canon has an achromatic element to correct chromatic aberrations. It does not degrade the high optical performance of EF lenses. In addition, this camera accessory changes closest focusing distance from infinity to 500mm (approx. 19.6") from front of lens.
