Bogen Manfrotto 3199N tripod and head kit is a combination of Bogen Manfrotto 3001BN Tripod and Bogen Manfrotto 3030 Pan Tilt Head. Bogen Manfrotto 3001BN Tripod and mount combination makes an ideal platform for large astronomy and observation binoculars or other equipment over 8 lbs in weight. The Bogen 3030 head features locking handles, quick release plate, security lock and will support a weight of 13.2 lbs. The Bogen Manfrotto 3001BN tripod legs will extend to a maximum of 57" with center column extended and is ideal for the observer who wishes to view from the comfort of a chair.
