Designed especially for tests and procedures using tissue cultures. Typical use is in the preparation of tissue paraffin sections and the elimination of wrinkles and distortions of the tissue sections.

Round, seamless, sheet aluminum bath is insulated with fiberglass. It features a baked gray enamel exterior and a cover. Bath surface is black ceramic-coated steel, which offers improved visibility of tissue sections. The warm broad edge of the bath is a convenient drying surface for processed slides. Complete with thermostat reference dial and knob, thermometer holder, pilot light, 18-gauge three-wire rubber safety cord and plug, and skid-resistant feet.
