Blackhawk HPFU Performance Jacket with I.T.S., 87HP04 Product Info
Blackhawk HPFU Performance Jacket with I.T.S. is a revolutionary approach to the combat uniform featuring a lean, athletic cut with articulated elbows for increased performance, 
mobility and reduced bulk. The I.T.S. (Internal Tourniquet System) equipped HPFU (High Performance Fighting Uniform) has 4 life-saving tourniquets integrated into the arms and legs.
Men's jacket from Blackhawk is constructed with no-melt, no-drip NYCO and FR materials. Blackhawk jacket from HPFU Performance Series has "Tuxedo-Cut" to allow easy access to belt mounted items. Men's apparel by Blackhawk from HPFU Performance has VELCRO loop mounting points for ID patches, etc. Also, this Blackhawk jacket features articulated elbows.
