Product Category Description:

Intended for use in blood collection and short-term infusion. The push button feature provides immediate protection against injury or contamination, and the resulting ease of use reduces training requirements and improves activation compliance.

The in-vein needle retraction is comfortable for the patient and reduces the risk of exposure to contaminated needles to the heathcare worker. One-handed activation of the safety mechanism allows the healthcare worker to attend to the patient and puncture site while remaining safe. Blood flashback is seen clearly through the translucent body and tubing. Blood collection sets are supplied sterile, and are latex- and DEHP-free.
